NORGE Right to Sight will offer Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to applicants. Successful surgeons will receive Right to Sight sponsorship for the equipment necessary to join our weekly case conferences and to receive one to one online tutorials and mentorship including tutoring and exam preparation.
Right to Sight welcomes collaberation with African ophthalmology forums as we finalise the development of the optimum Continuous Professional Development models to provide stimulating collaberation in remote parts of African countries. We work with a team of International ophthalmologists dedicated to providing regular support and sharing clinical experiences. Right to Sight experts will travel to visit local African colleagues in their own environment and tailor Continuous Professional Development and facilities to the local surgeon’s needs.
